While we do not charge a difficult fee, we will do our best to ensure the work is done but we reserve rights to seize the groom if it becomes too distressing for the dog with full fee paid to us as we have allocated time and spot for the grooming section. However, groomer and pet owner can reschedule another day to complete the groom if need be at no cost.

We are a home -based pet salon

Usually, we try to dematt if its the coat is mildly matted. anything from moderate to severe matted coat will require a shave down but with client's permission. De-matting a moderate -severe matted coat can be extremely painful and traumatizing for dogs, our goal is to ensure that each dog's grooming experience is enjoyable and free from pain. The best reommendation in this case, would be to shave the coat down and start growing the coat from scratch with education provided to client on how to properly prevent matted coat on your pet

Grooming time runs from 2-4hrs usually depending on the type of service you were requesting for . Also depends on the breed, size and behaviour of the pet. We would usually contact our customers to pick up their bestie when we are all done.

We try to put Client's travel distance in consideration, However, 30mins late starting from the time you were contacted could incur a care fee of $10/ 30mins

We are fully trained and qualified. Attended Pet Stylist Academy Gold-coast, where full intensive training was provided to be able to understand, care and groom your fur baby safely and with care. We are fully insured and use good quality and safe products made and manufactured here in Australia. We are cage free which means your fur baby won’t be locked up in a cage waiting for their turn. We only offer 1:1 grooming session in a quiet environment, so no need to be worried about other pets or you fur baby not getting attention. We believe in offering safe, comfortable and gentle grooming , quality over quantity. We don’t like pets been rushed, so we take our time to ensure we do a good job to impress our clients and also make your fur baby feel good and look great.

Grooming prices are set based on dog weight and coat’s condition. Prices are also set to be able to pay our groomer a wage by the hour and also keep on the day to day ongoing maintenance of the business like insurance, tool maintenance, buying and restocking grooming supplies, tools and equipment, gas, water and electricity bills, professional development, accountants & bookkeeping, phone and internet, admin, marketing, wage etc

Yes, we understand life happens and things can get in the way. While we do understand this. We also have the business side of things where we have ongoing business expense to pay. The spot has been reserved for you and that means we could not take any other client at that time the appointment was scheduled. Making the business to lose money if appointment is cancelled. We do charge 50% of the service fee which will be included on the next appointment.
